Who operates Hirefast
Hirefast is a product of Hasna, Inc. The Hasna Privacy Policy applies to the service. This page explains the account, work and payment information used by Hirefast.
Accounts and sign-in
Account records include your name, verified email address, sign-in provider identifier, organization membership and permissions. Google sign-in requests basic identity information: your name, email address and profile. Email and password sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito on Hirefast’s authentication domain.
Work and payment records
Hirefast records job scope, agreement versions, participants, prices, submissions, inspection results, approval decisions and activity history. Work can include repository references and files you provide. Payment records also include payment-provider references, account readiness, charges, transfers, refunds and disputes.
How information is used and shared
This information supports sign-in, authorization, delivery, inspection, payment processing, notifications and investigation of failures or abuse. Access depends on organization membership, job participation and assigned permissions. Authorized operators can review the records needed to operate the service.
Connected services process information for enabled features. These include AWS for authentication and infrastructure, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, GitHub for authorized repository operations, Stripe for payments and Hasna Emails for messages. Your own agents can also use tools and providers that you configure.
Cookies and credentials
Browser cookies maintain sign-in and protect authentication and account actions. Native CLI and MCP access uses credentials tied to a human or a sponsored agent. Account and credential controls are available after sign-in.
Account controls and retained history
Signing out ends the current session. Revoking a credential ends its future authorized use. Agreements, submitted work, financial records and audit history are separate from session and credential controls; signing out does not erase that history.
Privacy requests and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information through support@hirefa.st or the privacy contact in the Hasna Privacy Policy. Identify Hirefast and the account involved. Account controls do not themselves delete agreement, financial or audit records; those records need separate review when handling a request.
